Help with memory cards

Hey everyone,

I have a Canon Powershot A520 and I am needing new memory as the current memory is only 16MB I was thinking of either 512MB or 1GB.

the problem is, the cards, I know I can use either SD or MMC, which I believe to be Secure Digital & Multi Media Card respectively.

but when I look for a card, there is no dimensions.

I have seen some cards are bigger than others, but I need a specific size (physical dimensions here people) of card.

I need:
32.0x24.0x2.1 mm (could this also be written as 24.0x32.0x2.1 mm?)

so when I come to buy one of these cards, are they all the same size as in physical dimensions?

plus if any of you know somewhere cheap to buy them links would help.

thanks

ik

Not sure about the dimensions thing, but the following site is cheap and reliable

http://www.mymemory.co.uk/index.php

EDIT: just been looking at the site, and if you click on the card you think you want, scroll down and they do have dimensions

Re: Help with memory cards

It's only the thickness that varies. I read somewhere that Canon cameras will take any thickness.

I'm using an Integral 512MB 66x in my PowerShot S2 IS. Works well.
