Can they be as bad as NTL!.

Since buying one of their mobile camera phones I've had problems. First the MMS stopped working. Now they wont top the bloody thing up.

I e-mailed them about the MMS and one of what I thought was their helpdesk(well it was a tech problem) phoned me and didn't know what the problem would be. I asked her to send the text messege again with the settings and she refused. She said it would cost them money ( No I dont jest)

Now the topups. I tried topping up last night and went through all the questions as it was through my debit card. Well after that nothing. I phoned them up midnight and they had problems. Said it could be an hour. Well 10.30 this morning and I'm getting the same answer they have problems and it wont be long.

Well Orange I can tell you the same thing it wont be long I'm off to get another phone with Voda you French gits

T-Mobile is brilliant for me, go with them. Vodafone can be a bit dodgy.

thanks for that paul but I've already tried putting the info in again but it keeps defaulting to the settings Orange already had on their. They do look correct mind

Anyone know of a website were I can find e-mail addy's of their director's etc. I've tried orange.co.uk and orange.co.uk
