There will always be a male mosquito who has not been sterilised and they in turn will have more females to mate from (because of natural selection) therefore perpetuating the species. There may be a reduction for a time.
Would be a new identifier at the disco (you would have to be sure your underwear/trousers were not see through in UV light)
