RCA(phono)cable help?

I`ve been searching the web for a phono cable with four(2 pairs)phono plugs one end and two(1 pair)phono sockets the other end.It doesn`t need to be longer than 30 or 40cm.
Now I`m certain I`ve come across them before but cannot find them now I need one I`m sure I remember seeing them in Tandy years ago(remember them?)

I`ve tried typing various combinations into search boxes to no avail.

Anyone help?

Re: RCA(phono)cable help?

Why would there be 4 one end and 2 the other...? The would mean either merging or splitting the output/input?

What exactly are you trying to connect up and we we might be able to give you a definate answer

Re: RCA(phono)cable help?

What I want to do is related to my other post re.cordless headphones.

I`ll have a scart to RCA adaptor plugged into the V+HD box scart socket, and phono leads out ending in a 3.5mm female jack socket into which the 3.5mm jack from the headphone sender will plug.

The problem is that I also want to use the headphones with my DVD player so I thought such a cable as I asked about would be the answer rather than swap over the headphone sender jack plug from the V+ cable to the DVD cable.

I hope that makes sense.

I `m not sure such a setup would work though.Would the sound output degrade?

Two of these would be an alternative

Try this

http://www.maplin.co.uk/3-way-audio-...n=noagentcheck

Complete with headphone socket for sender to plug into.

Re: RCA(phono)cable help?

I would really say your best option is have all these hooked up into an amplifer and then have the headphones plugged into the amplifier.

The only other way I can see this working is to get a few of these.
