Tasker (phone app) turning applications on ?

Hi all

I have an HTC desire with takser and wondered if tasker could be used to do the following :

When I leave my house turn GPS on and load a GPS tracker application (Endomondo)???

Would appreciate any advice or comments

Sure.
Make a profile and choose time.
Set the time from 00:00 to 23.59
Set an action within that task to load Endomondo and turn GPS on.

Then make another profile and use location. Set the radius to cover your home and then press ok.
Set the action for that task to kill Endomondo. This should Kill Endomondo when you are at home.
Also set it to turn GPS off.

I'm not sure that it will be perfect, but give it a go and let me know how it goes.

Edit:
Realised it may not open the app again once killed.
I have a feeling something to do with variables may be required, such as if Location matches home address, kill GPS and Endomondo
and vice versa!
