Oh those are fabulous.!!

How are you on small wildlife like snails and bugs?

I always want photo resource pictures of frogs, snails, beetles etc. and I'm a crappy photographer.

Re: Few photos from SLWAP (12 images)

That's the one great thing about South Lakes Park, it is built in such a way, that you can get close, and get some great shots. Where possible, you actually walk freely inside the animal enclosures. Monkeys and Lemurs running round your feet, and kangaroos and emus following you around all day. For photographers etc it's a dream, and the kids love being able to actually touch/be up close with the animals, without wire fences between them. With the big cats, it's either glass at ground level, or you can view from above the glass via platforms/walkways. Can't recommend the place enough ;-)

Marco isn't really my thing, but there is a chap on our forum called Karl. He does some spectacular macro photography.

Here's one of mine. Not the best shot in the world though ;-)

Re: Few photos from SLWAP (12 images)

Some look a tad over sharpened, but the actual photos are brilliant. Nice one.
