Have we got 2 competitions now? One for the novices and one for the pros?
No, it's more that this is for those for whom the initial photograph is just a starting point. They like to work with Photoshop (other manipulation tools are available) to create something artistic (for want of a better term) by merging images to HDR, adding or removing elements within the photograph etc etc.
i like the tilt/shift images. there are some amazing examples on Flickr I've seen over the years. I tend just to use a lens blur with feathering when creating them myself, but I might try the Bokeh 2 add in.
