Hi all,
Would love your opinions on my new site / project!
Not much there ATM - it's still work in progress at the moment but I'll be adding more stuff in the week.
There's only photos under the Concerts section at the moment...

Good stuff there, I like the abstract view of the Eiffel tower, it's difficult to take a fresh view of that iconic structure.

Iconic Photos - "Today marks the 65th anniversary of the dropping of the Atomic Bomb on Hiroshima. Whether you agree with the decision or not, the facts were there: Hiroshima was an important army and navy base. Of about 350,000 people living there on that fateful day, the majority were women and children, since most adult men were fighting at the front." https://iconicphotos.wordpress.com/

Re: CF: Clickers Corner
So that means they will probably announce a D5100 too...damn it...why does technology get updated so quickly! Never mind, me and my trusty D5000 will be shooting together for ages yet

The camera will be available soon at a retail price of £579.99
|
Thats MORE expensive than a D5000 with 18mm-55mm VR lens, why would you buy that as opposed to the D5000 (which is supposed to be a step up from the D3000)?

The D5000 is 12.9 mega-pixel, the D3100 is 14.2. Lots of little upgrades make the D3100 better than the D5000.
AFAIK there isn't an upgrade for the D5000, but there will be a D90 replacement (D95?) possibly 16mega-pixel, 39 AF points, better low noise.
