nokia N82

okay who has the N82 here and what they think about it?

the things I really want to know are

1. how good is the camera
2. wireless does it support WPA2 etc
3. reliability
4. GPS does it cost an arm and a leg?
5. general usage
6. battery life when listening to music?

reason I'm asking is that I'm nearly due for an upgrade on my phone and as SE hasnt got anything yet with either GPS, Wlan and a decent camera I might just have to go for the NOK... or if any1 has experience already with the Samsung G800/810 then post as well

Re: nokia N82

Another vote for N95 here. The only concern I have with the N95 is battery life..

Aye nae bother Ducthie! You want it on Pay Monthly or PAYG?

I have to agree though the N95 is going to be the best bet, slider or no slider. all the other phones Samsung D800 and new LG's have got great cameras, but nae wifi.

Are you willing to compromise on any of the specs at all? If so, which ones?

Re: nokia N82

N95 8gb is the best phone i've had! Has a longer battery life and more internal memory which enables you to multitask by having quite a few programs open at once... it has all you listed and more. Connection to the internet is simple and fast, the sound and images/video are fantstic.

Re: nokia N82

Dutchie as stated in our recent conversation, the N95 8Gb is the best bet. However, if you are willing to wait, then the N96 is released in June/July/August.

Re: nokia N82

Good choice. Nokia are making some good handsets just now and SE are just mainly concentrating on handsets with walkman capabilities. At one point SE were making some kick ass handsets with kick ass cameras. K800i springs to mind.

Samsung have got some good handsets, but need to get their software in order before they get better.

Seriously though, you'll be surprised going with the N95. Will email you that picture later tomorrow mate. Off to bed just now.
