In fairness, after having a play, it seems it isn't so much a voice command system for WM, more a voice-interface to Microsoft's Live Search. It also appears to attempt to work out your location (although it thought I was in Belfast, so that needs tweaking). It also gives you the option of searching for things in your area, as well as plan routes.
Sounds good, but I don't know how it will cope with someone wandering down the road on a Friday night, drunk, yelling "Kebab" at their phone.
