It was on torrent sites 3 days ago, the RTM build that is. Not even bothered with it, XP suits me so well i don't see the point in upgrading, as i've probably said umpteen times

I was really impressed with the RC1 Vista and the only reason I don't use it again is because Football Manager 2007 won't install on it

I dont think it is the final build, 6000.16386.061101-2205. is to early
from that string it states that it was built at 2205hrs, on 1st november 06, a full week before m$ announced that they had finished it i would suspect there is a slightly newer build going to the manufacturers. especially since they are saying install from windows is not working
