Hi have recorded sound files on my archos have transfered them on to my pc as wave audio file but when i attempt to open one the pc reboots its self any ideas
winxp i think its the latest winmedia player

The Archos works best if you are using Windows Media Player 10. Must admit though I've only used that to put files onto the Archos, not take them off again.
Presumably the files work OK on the Archos. I wonder if there is a codec or something missing from the Windoze PC?
