Digisenders usually work OK with Sky and Sky+ digiboxes but not with all models of NTL STBs.

Re: Digisender
I suspect it depends on the model. Most ntl boxes (the early PACE ones at least) uses IRDA as their remote signal. Samsung and later PACE STBs use more standard IR. Don't know what Sky bxes use.
I had and still have some compatibility issues having moved from PACE to Samsun.. I use the DIGIeye system which I suspect is similar to Digisender? The Digieye does operate the Samsung most of the time if I aim the remote precisely (somewhat angled not pointed at the digisender remote transmitter unit)

Re: Digisender
So overall opinion is it should work with sky+? It works fine with my PACE NTL box, remote as well.

Only the Digisender 'Gold' works with ntl, presumably this is what you have?

Re: Digisender
Depends on STB Neil
On Langley all boxes will work with normal digisenders. Only the Pace boxes on Bromley require the 'Gold' version
