Tv problem.

First of all I have a basic Akura widescreen tv.

Ok, this is my problem: I, stupidly, pressed the red button on my Akura remote (I pressed it by accident when I tried to press the mute button). This brought up an "installation" window with channel numbers down the left side and Mhz numbers down the middle (all mumbo-jumbo to me). That was ok...but instead of pressing the menu button to go back, I accidently pressed the red button again (yes...I know I'm stupid). The screen paused for a minute then I looked to see what it said beside the red button (on screen), and it said delete.

So I went back, but now all my cable (ntl) channels are in black and white.
But my normal terrestrial channels are in normal colour.

Any ideas on how to fix it?
