LOL!!!
There's a Chinese guy wandering around Romford (and not even under cover of a market day!) with a black plastic dustbin full of pirate DVD's - he's common knowledge amongst the kids I have been teaching this week. I thought they were pulling my leg but when I went back to our offices at lunchtime there he was - about 200 yards away from the main Council offices - where
our Trading Standards Dept is situated!
Dunno if they caught up with him though.
