the recording industry ass, of america sent out notices to 50 ISP's asking them to warn there customers of copyright infringment
under the proposal by the RIAA, IP addresses would be handed over to ISP's who would inturn warn there customers of the infringment no court actions would be taken...........
all 50 ISP's have so far ignored the letter........
