any soulseek users on ntl?
hi,
started using this at the weekend and i'm pretty impressed.
managed to download albums that i couldn't buy online (been waiting months for one on amazon), rare stuff like audiogalaxy used to be like.
seems to have the usual amount of jerks though, here's my tip
set share to everyone but set upload to 0 and user list uploads to 2 or more, then add something to your personal info about messaging you before you will allow downloads.
this will allow you to check if they are sharing too, it's cuts down all the leechers.

Not forgetting of course that anyone who uses this service should first check that they are not breaking any laws......

Re: any soulseek users on ntl?
Soulseek is the underground version of Kazaa. Thats where I get all my unreleased progressive house music from. You'd never find it on Kazaa or in standard record stores. Only specialist places selling white label vinyl- then you need to be lucky to find it!
Soulseek is also ad-ware free and much less bloated than Kazaa or Kazaa Lite (although Lite is good).
