Question Opera and cookies

Hi,

Recently been trying Opera 8.51 and was quite impressed. Decided to upgrade to 8.54 and now find that when I go to Internet Banking with FirstDirect it says I must enable cookies! All cookies are enabled.

Went back to Opera 8.51 after removing 8.54 including all folders and registry entries, but still getting the same fault.

Site works OK with Firefox.

Have checked PC clock, cleared temp files etc as suggested elsewhere

Just puzzled.

Was impressed with browser apart from this and was considering ditching Firefox which has problems rendering some sites.

Anyone any ideas, please??

Re: Opera and cookies

deleted private data, removing Opera and deleting folders was not enough
