I've got a strange problem with logging into hotmail through Safari at the moment...
Whenever I try to login I am continually bounced between hotmail and login.live.com and passport addresses via secure and unsecure connections then taken back to the signin screen.
Same happens whether i try to login after remembering email address only, both email and password or neither.
It appears to be a cookie related problem because if i clear them and try again it logs in ok.
Working fine in firefox as well.
Is it just me or is anyone else having this problem?

Did you do anything to fix it when it happened to you, or did it just fix itself?
Been going on for over a week and it's a pain because Microsoft Messenger opens Safari as the default browser when you click email, and it is hassle to fire up firefox just for hotmail....

Out of interest Chris, what are your cookie settings ? Hotmail is a pain at the best of times. I keep strict control of my cookies, in Opera, and had to fiddle with them to get to my hotmail, as I kept bouncing back to the login screen when trying to sign in.
