Indeed. I am/have been a member of various online communities for getting on for 20 years, and they have always turned out to be places I could turn to for help or advice.
The magic of being able to get help from someone in Australia with something that no-one in your own street can help you with, is something I've never lost.

I find the Internet a great resource for finding helpful information. It has certainly helped me out a lot since I got it.
Taking these forums as an example, there are so many people that its interesting to hear many opinions, find out about what others are into, etc.
