RSS Feeds / Firefox 1.5

OK - I have a folder called News Feeds in my bookmarks list. I'd like to add RSS feeds to this folder.

When I click on a websites RSS button, all I get is the xml file....

How do I actually add the feed to the folder?

There is no other RSS subscribe buttons on some sites...

Cheers

On the address bar, you can see a blue RSS symbol. Click on this and it should ask you to save it in live bookmarks.

Alternatively, copy the address of the xml file and go to bookmarks->manage bookmarks ->file -> new live bookmark... and enter the address in there.

By the way, I've tested every RSS/news reader extension for FF and by far the best is Sage: http://sage.mozdev.org/

Re: RSS Feeds / Firefox 1.5

I wonder why they removed the feed icon from the bottom right of the browser in 1.5?
