messenger problems

messenger 8.0 beta problems keep getting this message shown in the thumbnail. i have done disk check any ideas? its happening when i open a conversation windows each time. i have no chance to type owt in!

I would uninstall the program using add/remove programs and download it again and start from scratch

Ive repaired it and it didnt work so ive tried to uninstall it and it says it cant find the network resource

someone sent me an invatation on cf and i downloaded it and it worked for a couple of days

From the icons in the top-right hand corner of the conversation window, it looks like you've got a third-party add-on installed - have you tried uninstalling that, then uninstalling and reinstalling Messenger?

I'm using it myself - and it scares me with all these bright colours and unexpected curves!

well spotted, definately looks like a patch or add-on install in use. Uninstall the lot, clear out the directories etc and then reboot and try again.
Scared of bright colours and curves????? Wuss

right ive gone back to 7.5 i hate betas now lol and ive uninstalled the addon 2
