kestrel server seems to be down, looks like database problems, robin is ok (on the new DC)

Mysql is stuffed on Kestral again, it failed like this yesterday as well - not allowing connections.

Hi guys.... kestrel will be back up in about 2 mins, it appears someone has a PHP script that isnt closing the MySQL connections when its finnished, ive e-mailed the owner of the account.......
