Ebuyer can be fussy at times.
Have you tried using a proxy ? It may let you get better access to the site.

Re: E-Buyer offline?
My order which was due thursday is running late. They have had problems with their payment servers. Well that is what they told me on my e-note.
Also their Website stated that they were doing a stock take over the weekend, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Possibly Monday.
Anyway, they e-mailed me to tell me my order (which should have arrived Last Thursday) is now on its way, Should know before the end of the week.
Although Access to their site has been Sloooooowwww since Friday.
Appears fine tonight. Cheers Bashy...

Re: E-Buyer offline?
ebuyer -
Their website has always been dead slow for me - I've only risked actually buying from them once and that was enough. When they get something approaching a working customer support I might think about using them again.

My order was due tomorrow and arrived today (I had a simple order (pendrive), and free delivery one week after ordering though)

Re: E-Buyer offline?
I can access it from www.ebuyer.com but not from www.ebuyer.co.uk for some reason.

Re: E-Buyer offline?
Wouldn't be the first time a website has gone down.
Always cheap, cheerful and spot on for me.

Re: E-Buyer offline?
Spent a fortune with them too. Recently bought some ddr2 ram and a hard drive. My error I bought the wrong hard drive (did not check for a spare ide channel) also they sent ddr instead of ddr2 but I had ordered 1 dimm when it should have been a pair.
Anyways logged into the auto returns system waited an hour and got a returns number. 3 days later all processed money back in the bank.
Now if thats not service I don't know what is.
