ripping music from a website?

Not sure if this is legal or not (I am pretty sure someone will quickly tell me) but is there a way to rip muic from a website....like this one

They are streaming (i think) a broadcast ...is there a way to find that file and save it?

Seemes simple enough, but it involves putting in the addy of the music.....I d have tried the addy of the page but it doesnt seem to work ?
or am i putting in the wrong addy?

Remember that the quality won't be that great if you play it back on your expensive Hifi as streamed audio is quite compressed.

That streamdown isn't free. I have just tried it with ASF recorder, and it works, so I have attached it.

The only thing to remember is when you get the link you only need this bit:

mms://195.173.73.27/xfm2003/sessions/tom_vex_-_session_hi.wma

If you have FlashGet then you can simply paste the above URL (mms://195.173.73.27/xfm2003/sessions/tom_vex_-_session_hi.wma) into it and download it as normal.
