Yeh i would agree with you in my case they reduced my AOL gold account
from £24.99 to £19.99 but would not move on the if youv'e changed your package you have signed up for a further 12 months.
After spending some time going through the terms of AOL broadband i could find nothing about having to stay on for a further 12 months because you have changed your package,when asked about this i was told the info comes up when you log on for the first time after you have changed package i can't see this standng up in law.
I will buy my contract out in 3 months or so but can't help feeling i've been ripped off,i will never go back to AOL again i've been with them for 4 years now.
