uploading to skydrive via desktop app- file limit size?

hey guys

i am trying to upload a wedding video file which is under 1gb, but it seems to be taking forever to upload. its not showing with the green tick or on my smartphone...i've left it for a few hours...

is there any web settings i need to change or am i doing something wrong?

please advise

What is your connection?

IIRC a 100Mb connection would have between 5-10Mb upload, plus if the server is in the US its now just after 4pm (east coast so getting close to peak time).

I've found that uploading via the Skydrive desktop client is painfully slow...

i just had a superhub installed using wireless.

i'm on large package...

not sure what my speed should be?

is it 30mb

I find the Dropbox client a lot faster at uploading than the Skydrive desktop client, however I prefer the web interface of SkyDrive (and the 25gb of space)

not sure why skydrive is so slow, do these files resume from where it left off, if i turn off my computer? or is a restart..
