Update to anyone that is interested.
Emailed the seller through ebay (with links to imageshack with the proof of payment to Royal Mail etc) and RESULT!
"hi, sorry to hear that. i will refund your postage. I leave mypackages at my local pst office to post who i then pay later. i was not aware they had done this. Please accept my apology. thanks"
Paypal has emailed me to say I have been refunded too. Was not so bad after all!

Also if anyone is interested, that seller no longer has 100% feedback, as someone else gave him negative feedback saying how the seller underpaid postage leaving him with an extra bill of £2.38 lol... if only he contacted the seller like me
