Have I broken google?

Using IE9
Whilst doing some searching for topsy on google, it suddenly stopped responding
Now no matter what I search I get the initial results on the first page, but when I click the next pages the link jumps and the page whites out
[edit : clicking on refresh and all the content is lost]

So went to FF3 but it does the same thing

Reading on Ask Jeeves it is an ISP issue?!?

Prior to this was searching "Powered by WHMCS", the next was topsy (just a random word to perform the test) and that was when it completely stopped

I am at a complete loss as to why this occured
It took some time for the error link to appear, had to refresh about 10 or so times
Read through the T&Cs and can't see anything specific

The only thing I can think of is some rules I changed in Zone Alarm
