Information Bar?

Hi All, How do i get rid of the information bar at the top of the screen please? Thanks.

Unsure exactly what you mean; if you want full screen mode, F11 toggles it.

If you want to get rid of the File menu and favourites bar, click on view, toolbars and unclick menu bar and favorites bar.

If you just want rid of it click on the X in the right habd corner of the info bar.

If you want to resolve the issue that is causing the bar to appear just click on the bar and see what it says.

Right click just says more information mate so i go to more information and it basically tells me about my security settings regarding active x controls. Been through them all and allowed what ones i normally do but i still get the bar pop up. Thanks.

Tried it mate, been fixing pc`s for 16 years now and never had this issue with XP before. I`ll maybe look on Technet or somewhere
