BT Announce 300mb for Spring

This will lose Virgin the lead in fastest broadband available.

I hope Virgin dont try and push things forward to keep the lead and cut corners and cause a lot of subscription issues in order to keep the lead.

Hmmm, considering BT have only just got onto the fast broadband bandwagon, i really can't see how they would cope with something like that this soon after launching FTTC.

bare in mind BT have a lot less customers on their network compared to what Virgin do so less people using their current bandwith available.
