Chrome Tab Mix Plus Equivalent

Anyone know of this?

Would love to switch to Chrome since Mozilla's ridiculous fast track update strategy breaks addons every time.

How can I Stop Chrome opening a new tab when I select a thread on CF? I want the thread to open in the same tab!

Aaah, found in toolbox options (rather than customize) a setting to turn off open in new tab.
