4oD Freezing

For the last week or 2 4oD has been freezing and jerking and it is making it very hard to watch stuff on it, my line quality is A and my speed test is about 32Mb, im on 30Mb service. Either through wired or wireless same thing.

Anyone else having issues?

Let me add this only happens on VM, on my Sky connection, no issues at all.

Catch up on demand can be a pain for me sometimes too, its my most feared service call...

Sound like your signal is low on the VOD frequency (dont get it confused, although your BB works fine and your tv is the all run on different frequencies, 483.00 mhz is VOD.

What you need to do is make sure all your connections on the back of the box, splitter are tight, not finger tight, spanner tight, (10 mil if you need size). If it is still the same then contact customer support and get an engineer booked out.
