I keep getting a message every time i turn my computor on saying speed up brouseing my turning of add-ons.
what exactlely are add-ons Thanks

as kymmy said, they are bits of software that run in your browser, IE9 asks you if you want to disable the ones you dont need, so your browser can open quicker
