Does anyone here use Livedrive.com?

When I originally signed up over a year ago, it was an almost perfect service (If you only needed ftp backup space)

In the last 4-5 months or so, the upload speeds to their service, both via FTP and their software, has been terrible, at best.

So I'm wondering if anyone else here is having problems with it?

Right now I'm only able to upload to their backup service at 40kb/sec, which is a far cry from the 500kb-600kb/sec I was getting

I've emailed them three times, twice the emails went ignored, the third time they just said there's no issues on their network

Despite others posting on their forums with similiar issues. (Oddly enough, my posts don't show up on their forums and all new posts are put into a moderation queue)

Yet, I get the same upload speeds from three locations, home, manchester dedicated server and a server in France.

Bit of a bump, but I signed up after Computer Shopper gave them a Best Buy award.

Worst thing I ever did.

Files endlessly recycling & re-uploading when they hadn't changed. Paid for backup of a NAS, then when I had to reinstall Windows it told me I could only backup local files.

e-mails to support elicit an automated response & that's all, despite a promise of a reply within 24 hours.

Trying to get a refund but being ignored...
