Create NZB File

Hi, Iv been trying to create a NZB file but i cannot work out what app i require. Can anyone please help stupid me

what exactly do you mean? do you mean for something already on Usenet or something you want to post on Usenet?

Do take note to ensure you either hold the copyright or have permission from the copyright holder before posting anything online else you could find yourself in a whole heap of bother.
