403 access denied
Hello there!,
I'm new to this type of internet communication. I have come to realize how much inter-relation with other users and builders is necessary. It came to my attention when I ordered something and the company sent me a link that had "access denied 403" . After writing the company and getting no satisfaction, I figured that there is someone out there who has the answer.
Here I am!

Re: 403 access denied
What exactly is your question/query?
I would contact the company in question via telephone if possible to check that you don't need a username or password to enter the "access denied" area.
and to CF by the way

I am afraid you need to contact the company as they have given you a link which doesn't work, as you do not have permission to access that page. Either you need a username and password, or they supplied a link for which no one has access.

Thanks. That's what I'll end up doing. Just thought it was irresponsible of them or if the fault was in my own connectivity to have reached a non-accessible site.

Just of of intrest - what was the link / URL?
Perhaps it has a typo and you are jumping the gun saying it was dead?
