please help I think I'm being hacked in paypal

I have used papal for the last couple of years to pay for stuff from eBay. Now I can't seem to understand what's happening with paypal as I have a negative balance that will bout clear yet there are funds in the verified current account I registered with paypal. I tried sending money but it comes out of my bank but doesn't make it to paypal and now I have money missing. The bank is Halifax and can't help. I cancelled the direct payment setup with paypal and the bank earlier this month to avoid a bank charge. I've tried registering the bank account with paypal but still no luck. I owe 8 about quid but every time I pay it just disappears from my bank and doesn't go to paypal.

Shouldn't this be something you should be discussing with PAYPAL and Halifax? They're the only ones who can truely help especially if it's hacked.. In fact the sooner you talk to them the better

I've been going through my emails from paypal to see where this may have gone wrong and notice the back in November paypal removed my bank account after trying to debit my bank account zero pounds which was odd. I also think canceling the direct payment inat my bank was a mistake I shouldn't have done. So going forward I'm going to wait a week or so for paypal to accept me entering my bank details again. What a head ache.

I checked the resolution centre and my transactions are waiting for the seller to reply which is odd.

It's a mini nightmare I could do with out.
