soundcloud/myspace problem - cannot upload music...ie9/firefox/chrome

hey guys
i have tried searching the internet/forums, but i have had no help, so i thought i would post here

i am trying to upload music to myspace and i go to upload song. i click on the relevant button, but nothing happens (a search box doesnt open which allows me to go my directory)???

i have tried different browsers it the same. i have installed latest version of flash, and chrome has that anyway..



and the same is with soundcloud...i press "Upload" but nothing happens
i have tried basic uploader and only the soundcloud desktop uploader sort of works, but keeps freezing...

just post links 2 utube or get the music free from *bleep* if wanted free; obviously free if ur not weird looool and press upload howwever u like and upload the mp3 file ;p
