Windows Live and Internet Explorer Not Working

Windows Live and Internet Explorer are not working for me, but Mozilla Firefox works fine.

Windows live is saying 'a firewall may be blocking Windows Live Messenger from connecting to the service.'

When I click repair, it has errors on 'Proxy Server' and 'Key Ports.'


Internet Explorer error message is 'The remote devive or resource won't accept the connection.'


What do I need to do?

Berbatov, what version of Windows do you have? Also, what security/antivirus software are you running?
