This seems like a slightly different scenario. The issue here seems to be with the ISP, and not the IWF, where as, with the Wikipedia story, people had issues with the IWF filtering an image which was available in high street music shops, and online stores, which resulted in people being unable to edit wikipedia.

I dont think people have a problem with the IWF filtering child porn, but the Wikipedia story highlighted a gray area, and showed up the dangers involved in censoring the internet. All i would ask for is a common sense approach by the IWF, the police and the government. If they know that censoring a perticular image is going to create contraversy, then they should leave it alone, and err on the side of caution.
