Question copy FLV to CD/DVD

Have tried to search here but failed. Have also "googled" so so many listed !!
Wish to copy one file that is in FLV to a DVD or even a CD ( it lasts about 12mins) I have it on my hard drive & can play it.
Would really like to transfer to a CD/DVD. So I can watch it on my TV .
Any one know of sofrtware that
a) works !
b) is freeware only want to do this once. ( its a mate & I want to show the world it!!!)

Thanks

I don't know of any freeware that'll do what you want, I use ConvertXtoDVD for that sort of thing. http://www.vso-software.fr/products/convert_x_to_dvd/
