If you download a torrent you seed the parts you have already downloaded so you were distributing parts of the file. Torrents and P2P downloads all work this way leaving you open to getting caught

Hmmmm, never noticed the word: 'distributing'
That means they didnt catch me downlaod it, they caught me seeding it, so ill continue downloading but not seeding?
