Straight to the point If you mean this one, no idea, never used it, a bit more detail might help others help you, you know, which OS are you using, hard drive size, amount of data on it, amount of fragmentation etc etc

I use it and it works, runs in background,pauses when system is in use by another programme.I haven't noticed any drain or slowing of computer.Never had to manually defrag since install.
Does what it says on the box.

Well I gave this ago and I am impressed.It certainly is much better than the MS provided defrag as it does it all in the background.What's more it even does my external which no other defragger could do.
