I have sent in a Constable who has tracked down a Cabbage thief. Unfortunately the bad boy had already managed to stock pile an impressive number of cabbages which have not been stored under the best of conditions thus causing the whiff of Brassica Gas which is still polluting our fair City. As it's Sunday we will also have to pay extra to get the offending pile transported to the City Composting Depot.
