Added a new Cabbage processing plant hoping to give the criminal a gainful source of employment.....it didn't work.  Fortunately it has not created any fumes....yet.
Criminal is still at large as the Police seem to be stretched a bit thin on the ground, luckily he is on foot as we haven't got enough transport for him steal so any new copper added should be able to catch him.
