Added a new resident, dear oh dear, now unemployment at 1% transport 99% criminality 1% and pollution is fine.

I can't believe how many criminals seem to be attracted to our fair city. It's a pity we can't designate a business click to create a prison. May be it's something in the air that's acting as a scally magnet?
