If you look here
you will see that 'we eat donkeys' has less revenue and more population than we. In fact, the ranking on that page correlates perfectly with population size. I think we need more bods. Forget about parks etc. Start breeding.
Edit: That page is a ranking page, so going there will not help any other cities.

Re: MyMiniCity: Cable Forum
Annoyingly though, the top city has almost perfect stats (just 1% pollution is only thing wrong)

There are scripts available that redirect to the link that is required, people then post the link to the page with the script on on various link share sites and every click automagically goes where it is needed and balances things out.
Come on Punky! your a script monkey can you not knock up something similar?

Re: MyMiniCity: Cable Forum
Yesterday I was doing some housekeeping on my laptop and decided to look at my cookie list. I found an entry for something like 'trickery ??mycity.?.
Being a nosey sort of person I had a Google and ended up on a gaming. forum called, I think Trickery, and on their mycity thread.
Normal playing seemed to be a bit tame for them, they were 8th ranking at that date, and they spent most of their time attacking the next city up. They would have concerted efforts to push up pollution by opening lots of factories. The more the city under attack tried to redress the balance the more they would click on ind. As more and more citizens left the city under attack it would loose ranking and the Tricksters would move on to attack their next victim.
I don't know what ranking their city has now as the thread was closed due to lack of posts but it was interesting see how they worked. I have tried to find the forum and city again but my memory seems to be having a senior moment.

The idea did cross my mind... There are thousands of proxies that we could use if anyone was bored (assuming they aren't already being used), but also people could use Tor or something which would give us a different source IP every time we used it.
But that's:
a) cheating
b) sad
c) boring.
But if people were so inclined you can go to somewhere like http://www.proxy.org or Tor and do it.

Re: MyMiniCity: Cable Forum
Cheers Cobby, yes that's the one. So why couldn't I find it a second time. I am definitely loosing my grip.
This was one of the entries I remembered.
