Hello Something is being done about itstuff.eu, The serious fraud office are looking at the case, rest assured that when they get involved the owners will be brought to justice, also trading standards and Watchdog have been informed. The more people that contact the above, the better the chance off a successful prosecution of the owners of itsuff.eu will be. I am also looking at taking Nochecx to court over this matter, Via my legal council, It is my personal belief that Nochecx were in full knowledge of ITSUFF.EU non intent to supply people with their orders, so in my opinion they are also responsible for peoples losses.
I will repeat, I have no intention of giving up on getting my goods or money back, I have contacted my bank with details of what has happened, but as everyone knows, banks are very fast at taking money from people, but when it comes to helping people get their money back it can take months and months.
Don't give up, I'm not going to. it's not the money, it's the principle which is driving me to get justice.
