The long and the sort of it is this:
Adam (as the person with a trading interest in i-Web) has treated his customers shockingly. He's given no thought to them as people, nor has he given any thought to his obligations to them.
Those people, many of whom have been loyal customers and have given Adam an income of sorts, have been right royally shafted by Adam.

All Adam had to do was tell his customers what was happening. "Sorry guys it all gone wrong" or "Sorry guys I cant be bothered anymore". As for him selling the company unlikely, the name is worth nothing now, the customer base is zero.

Also I expect if he had sold it he would have got a nice figure for it.

To all
I am not here to apoligise but to state my position in this, the last time i had contact with adam was on the 29 Nov last year.
Shortly afterwards all my email accounts were removed and access to the servers
I have since tried to get in touch with him without any success phonecalls, texts and emails have gone unanswered
I have not been on because of other work commitments and very litlle or no internet access and the first i heard of this was about 2 weeks ago when a friend came into my place of work.
Like most of the customers here i to have lost a lot of money when the windows server was introduced i paid for the server for almost nine months until it started to earn enough to pay for it self.
In the meantime i will continue to try and get intpuch with adam and will keep you all informed

Did Adam give any indication to you that i-web was going to be sold? - or is this the first you've heard of it?

From a legal point of view the balance of probablities is that it was not sold. - The billing address did not change
- Up until recently the individuals involved did not change
- Two of the others involved were carved out with little or no explanation and Adam is not talking to them either
- When Adam was presented with a court claim for loss of service he / iweb paid rather than direct it to the new owners - who did actually sign that cheque? - if it was Adam why did he have access to the bank accounts of a trading entity that he supposedly sold.
This is not a murder case so we don't need beyond reasonable doubt, just balance of probablities. Others can add to this list if they want to.

I did ask that question - but didn't get an answer - would be intrigued to know if the cheque was a personal or a company one.

I can say that this is the first that i have heard of this the last contact i had with adam was as follows......
dated 29 nov
me: will you be on msn tonight
adam: not sure i am in london doing an install.
Since then i have heard nothing.
